Just an observation - but we seem to have a distinct lack of dog muck bins in Cogenhoe. There are 4 that I have counted - 2 outside the village hall, 1 next to the garage and 1 down the mill opposite the shop.
Perhaps if there were more bins available around the village, then the people that leave their dog mess on the pavements down church street would be more inclined to pick it up and dispose of it properly!? |
