My biological father was stationed in or near Neu Ulm Germany in 1953. My mother said he told her his name was Juan Pedro Perez and he was from Puerto Rico. I was born Feb. 1954. He is unaware of my existence. He wanted to marry my mother whose name is Alma Sylvia Sirche (she went by Sylvia). Her father said no and my father left. After he left my mother discovered she was pregnant. I would really like to find him. My name at birth was Carmen. I was adopted at 13 months old and brought to the states.
If anyone can help me find him or has any suggestions I would welcome them.
