Haven't checked this board in a while. And I see I am still being called names. Glad to see the "locals" want repeat visitors like my wife and I not to return.
BTW - the dogs in the photo are obviously friendly. They are not posturing in an aggresive manor. Or attempting to bite someone. Anyone who has been around dogs or wild animals knows this. Even tame dogs can return to more wild attributes if left to theri own accord. A pack mentality can be very territorial as the dogs we ran into showed. This has been observed in many animals, not just dogs.
If the dogs that attacked my wife and I are not a problem, please head out to aiport flat and play fetch with them. They stay in the trees and appear running full speed at you with teeth showing. Also please tell me why we were not the first people to report this "pack" to the police. I love dogs and never want to harm any animal. But these dogs can hurt someone.
Then again don't know why I bother to reply to such posts as this. I just showed people photos from my trip and how wonderful the island is and had people interested in visiting. But with posts like this, why even promote such a place. Such a wonderful place can be ruined by so few people posting such negative remarks towards tourists. |
