A pomeranian usually is in season for a period of about 20 days. I would get her spayed as soon as possible. To my knowledge there are no organizations that offer free desexing.

If you have seen my website you will know that I am a specialist in breeding Pomeranians. I am not sure of the largest size litter. Average litters are 2 or 3 babies, with a litter of 4 classed as a huge litter. I have heard of Pomeranians though having 7 babies in a litter.

You should be able to tell by just looking at your bitch by this time. I would take her to your vet and her checked for piece of mind.

You should not use your pom at stud. He should be desexed asap.Males with this genetic fault have a greater chance of developing cancer. Consult with a vet immediately and have him desexed. This is a inherited genetic fault and your male is not breeding quality.
